Well, all of my dreams came true on April Fool's nonetheless...but Cecil Otter will be releasing his first solo record in eight years. "Dear Echo" is a six song EP. It is available as a digital download here...or you can stream it hurr. Either way, Cecil has always held one of the heaviest influences over the space that my heart, brain, and headphones intertwine.
